Aacorners at Wonderground, Lisbon
We just had a small ‘do’ in Lisbon. Ken Friedman was co-organizing the Wonderground Design Conference and we had a chance to eat at a nearby cafe with Ken, Stefan Meisiek and his wife Vanessa, Joao Cunha, Laurene Vaughan, Rebecka Jensen, and Yoko (didn’t catch her last name), Rita and Luis Cunha, and Isabel Botelho. Luis is on the board of a local arts foundation and we’re now wondering if we can use his connections to host some kind of Aacorn gathering north of Lisbon at the Serralves Art Museum in Porto. Daved

Stefan, what you can’t really see are all the rain puddles around–it’s been like Noah’s flood here lately. But yes, we were in shirtsleeves–and the sangria didn’t hurt. So if Porto and Serralves happens, you’ve got at least two reasons to come!
